Williams Creek Ranch is located in the beautiful Apple Creek Valley home to the Applegate wine trail and agriculture-tourism. The weather in Williams has lovely seasons. Plenty of sunshine perfect for riding and showing, and an occasional light winter dusting of snow for fun.
Our friendly and professional horse care team at WCR is highly dedicated to the well-being of all the horses in our care. We take pride in an immaculate and well-run facility and quality care that ensures the horses are happy and healthy.
We are very pleased to offer a variety of much needed equine events, functions, and horse shows to the equine community in Southern Oregon.
We invite you to experience all that Williams Creek Ranch has to offer!
Trisha and Asgeir arrived in Oregon in the Spring of 2020 and after falling in love with the Pacific Northwest, it’s landscape and tranquility, they decided to seek out their dream property. It only took one visit to the Williams Creek Ranch to know that this would become home and their next business adventure. They moved quickly to acquire the ranch and began plans to enhance this beautiful property. Some locals have said the ranch found them. After a short stint with original owners and builders, Sandy and Steve Day, Williams Creek Ranch was founded. Trisha and Asgeir are both horse and sport enthusiasts from their childhoods and were very comfortable in their new surroundings. Trish from Ireland and Asgeir from Iceland and New York had unique upbringings in the old country, northern Europe. Home base for their family of three, children Kerrie, Andrew, and Brandon, was Long Island’s north shore, Oyster Bay/ Bayville for 25 plus years before their Oregon home. They bring great energy, enthusiasm, and some Irish humor in their pursuit of a premier horse center in southern Oregon.
